How to Utilize Filter Options for Recruitment Module

Effectively managing candidate applications is crucial in streamlining the recruitment process. The Filter Options in the Recruitment Module allow HR and hiring managers to refine candidate searches based on various criteria

Steps to Use Filter Options in the Recruitment Module

  1. Access the Recruitment Module

    • Navigate to HR Lounge > Recruitment.
  2. Go to the Candidate Dashboard

    • Click on All Candidates to access the full list of applications.
  3. Utilize Basic Search Filters

    • Search for candidates using:
      • Name
      • Tags
      • Favorites
      • Unviewed Status
  4. Use Advanced Filters for Candidate Status

    • Click on Advanced Filters to refine search results by candidate status, such as:
      • Hired
      • Rejected
      • Keep in View (Hidden by default)
  5. Apply Additional Filters

    • Click Add Filter and refine results based on:
      • Application Info (e.g., Application Date, Applied Job, etc.)
      • Candidate Details (e.g., Expected Salary, Specialization, etc.)
  6. Apply & View Results

    • Once filters are selected, click Apply Filter to view candidates matching the chosen criteria.
