How to View and Download the Performance Objective Report

1. The Performance Objective Report now includes a new granularity option, "Show all (Objectives, Key Results, Qualitative Goals, and Contributing Goals)," allowing users to view contributing goals in the report.
A. Enabling User Group Permission Settings
To view and download the report, the HR/Admin must first enable access under
"Settings" by following these steps:- In Settings, click on User Groups.
- For the relevant user group, click Edit.
- Under the "HR Modules Permission" > "Reports Module" category, check the "Allow access to performance objective report" box.
- Click Save.
B. Viewing & Downloading The Report
1. In HR Lounge, click on Reports.
2. In Report Builder, click on Performance Objective > Create.
3. Select the following information to appear in your report:
a. Granularity of the report (Objectives, Key Results, Qualitative Goals)
b. One or several cycles
4. In the "Fields & Filters" tool, click on Cycle Name to unselect the filters you do not wish to include in your customized report.
NOTE:
By default, all filters are selected. To remove a filter, uncheck the box and click on the "Apply changes" button.
If more than one cycle is selected, each cycle will have a dedicated category under the "Fields & Filters" tool.
5. Click the Export Report button and choose your preferred format to download your customized report.
