In BrioHR, accessing and managing candidate profiles is essential for organizing your recruitment efforts. This guide explains how to navigate to a candidate’s profile, what details are available, and the various actions you can take.

A. How to Access a Candidate Profile

Follow these steps to locate and view candidate profiles:

  1. Navigate to Recruitment:

    • Go to HR Lounge in the main navigation menu.
    • Select Recruitment to view all recruitment-related activities.
  2. Access Candidate List:

    • Under All Candidates, use the search or filter options to find a specific candidate.
    • Click on the candidate's name to open their profile.

B. Features and Actions in the Candidate Profile

In the candidate profile, you can review information, update hiring statuses, and keep track of interactions with each candidate. Here are the options available:

1. Add to Favorites

  • Click Add to Favorites to bookmark candidates you want to follow up on or review frequently.

2. Mark as Viewed

  • When you view a candidate profile, you can mark it as “Viewed” to keep track of profiles you’ve already assessed.

3. Manage Job Applications

  • You can manually Add or Edit Jobs Applied by the candidate, allowing flexibility in tracking candidates across multiple job openings.

4. Edit Hiring Details

  • In the Hiring Details section, you can edit information specific to the candidate's application, such as assigned recruiter, manager, or specific notes relevant to the role.

5. Attached Files

  • Access Attached Files to review any documents submitted by the candidate, such as portfolios, cover letters, or certificates.

6. Profile Links

  • View linked external profiles, such as LinkedIn or GitHub, if the candidate has provided them.

7. Update Hiring Process Statuses

  • You can update the candidate’s current status in the recruitment pipeline:
    • Screening: The candidate is under initial review.
    • Interview: The candidate is actively in the interview process.
    • Offer: An offer has been extended.
    • Keep in View: The candidate is under consideration for future roles.

8. View Resume and Experience

  • Access the candidate’s Resume and view details about their Professional Background and Experience to evaluate fit.

9. Add Internal Notes

  • Use Internal Notes to document any feedback or observations regarding the candidate, which is visible only to the recruitment team.

  • Filter Regularly: Use filters in the All Candidates section to easily locate candidates marked as Favorites or in specific hiring stages.
  • Update Regularly: Keeping hiring statuses and notes current ensures a smooth and organized recruitment process for the whole team.
