      How to View the Job Portal and Copy the Job Portal Link in BrioHR

      Managing job postings and accessing the job portal in BrioHR is a simple process that allows you to share open positions with potential candidates efficiently.

      Step-by-Step Guide:

      1. Login to BrioHR

      2. Navigate to HR Lounge > Recruitment

      3. Access the Job Portal Link

      • Option 1: Click on Copy Link to copy the job portal link to your clipboard. This link can be shared via email, social media, or on your company’s website for candidates to access available job listings.
      • Option 2: Click on the Square Icon next to the link to open the job portal in a new tab. You can view all the active job postings from a candidate’s perspective.

      Additional Notes:

      • Job Portal Customization: You can customize your job portal by changing the theme color and uploading a cover photo.
      • Sharing Job Portal: Once you copy the job portal link, you can share it across various platforms to attract applicants and streamline your recruitment process.
