1. Improved Candidate Visibility:
- Candidate names are now prominently displayed for a clearer, more accessible overview in HR Lounge > Recruitment > Dashboard > All Candidates.
- Clicking on a candidate’s name opens their profile in a new tab, streamlining the process of reviewing candidate information.
2. Efficient Note-Taking:
- A new notes column has been added, allowing users to leave comments for quick reference and enhancing collaboration and communication among team members.
3. Swift Access to Contact Details:
- A convenient shortcut now displays candidates' contact details, including email addresses and phone numbers, directly on the dashboard for easy access.
4. Organized Job Application Information:
- The 'Applied Jobs' column has been improved to offer a more organized view of a candidate's job applications. Users can access detailed information about multiple applications with a simple click on the '+1 more' button.
5. Activities Tab for Ongoing Tasks:
- The 'Activities' tab, prominently featured on the dashboard, provides a comprehensive list of ongoing activities scheduled for each candidate. Detailed activity information is available with just a click.
6. Advanced Filtering Options:
- The 'Advanced filters' option allows users to refine their candidate searches. The default filter includes active candidates, but users can easily customize their search criteria to include rejected or pending candidates.

- Two new filter options, 'Completed Interview' and 'Interview With,' streamline the management of interviews:
- Completed Interview: Quickly locate candidates who have completed interviews.
- Interview With: Identify candidates scheduled for interviews with specific recruiters or HR representatives.
