      Indonesia Payroll Update: New Tax Administration System by DJP (Coretax)

      The Indonesian Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) has launched Coretax, a new tax administration system designed to streamline tax registration, reporting, and payment processes.

      NOTE:

      Starting January 1, 2025, DJP Online will no longer be in use for these purposes. 

      Transitioning to Coretax is mandatory for all companies operating in Indonesia to ensure compliance with the latest tax regulations.

      1. Mandatory Registration:
        All companies operating in Indonesia must register on the Coretax system.

      2. Replacement of DJP Online:
        Coretax will fully replace DJP Online for tax-related activities, including registration, reporting, and payments.

      3. Compliance Requirement:
        Registration on Coretax is essential to meet tax compliance requirements and avoid potential penalties.

        • Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
