How to Make HRDF payment
HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) payments in Malaysia are mandatory contributions for eligible employers under the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) Act 2001.
- Employers with 10 or more Malaysian employees must contribute 1% of employees' monthly wages.
- Employers with 5 to 9 Malaysian employees may opt to contribute 0.5%.
- The contribution applies to Malaysian and permanent resident employees only.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to making HRDF payments:
- Log in to the HRDF e-TRiS portal: https://e-tris.hrdf.com.my.
- Go to Levy > Levy Statement to view your monthly levy details.
- Download the statement to review the amount due.
You can pay via one of the following methods:
A. Online Banking (FPX) - Recommended
- Log in to e-Tris.
- Go to Levy > Levy Payment.
- Select FPX Payment.
- Choose your bank, and proceed with online payment.
B. JomPAY
- Use JomPAY via your online banking.
- Enter:
- Biller Code: 74038 (HRDF)
- Ref-1: Your Employer Code.
- Ref-2: Your Levy Statement Number.
- Complete payment.
C. Bank Transfer / EFT
- Transfer to HRD Corp’s bank account (details available in e-Tris).
- Email the proof of payment to finance@hrdcorp.gov.my.
D. Cheque Payment
- Issue a cheque payable to "Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad".
- Write your Employer Code and Levy Statement Number at the back.
- Submit the cheque to HRD Corp's office.
