Malaysia Payroll Update: Final Submission Date for e-Data PCB/e-PCB/e-CP39

Important Deadline: Final Submission Date for Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD)

The final submission date for the e-Data PCB, e-PCB, and e-CP39 Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD) data and payments in Malaysia is 15th January 2025.

Key Points:

Employers are required to complete all MTD submissions and payments by 15th January 2025.
After this date, MTD submission functions will be deactivated, and employers will only have limited access to the system for review purposes.

Transition to e-PCB Plus:

The e-PCB Plus system is mandatory for all employers, and you must transition to this new system to continue making accurate and timely submissions.

Launch Date: The e-PCB Plus system is expected to launch by the end of January 2025, pending final testing by LHDN (Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia).
Action Required: Employers must ensure they transition to e-PCB Plus to facilitate smooth future submissions.

Important Note for Payroll Bank Application Users !

Employers who are using a payroll bank application to make payments to LHDN do not need to register in the e-PCB Plus system.

Mandatory Transition: All employers are required to adopt the e-PCB Plus system.
