360 Feedback is a valuable feature in BrioHR’s performance management system.

If it is integrated into the performance cycle, managers will receive a task notification in the Pending Actions panel to assign feedback givers for their direct reports.

Step-by-Step Guide: Assigning 360 Feedback Givers

Step 1 - Log in to Your BrioHR Account

Step 2 - Navigate to the Team Section

1. Go to Team from the navigation bar

2. Click on Performance.

Step 3 - Access Your Direct Report's Performance Page

1. Select the employee you want to assign 360 feedback givers for.

2. Click See Details.

Step 4 - Go to the 350 Feedback Section

1. Go to the 360 Feedback section.

2. Click on Assign feedback givers.

Step 5 - Assign 360 Feedback Givers.

1. Select names from the drop-down menu.

2. Once selected, the chosen feedback givers will receive a notification to provide feedback.

3. Click Submit to confirm.
