New Bank Account Options: GX Bank Berhad, Merchantrade, and Touch n Go Added for Employees

We are pleased to inform you that three additional bank options—GX Bank Berhad, Merchantrade, and Touch n Go—have been added to the employee bank account list. These options can now be selected as the employee's bank account during setup.

Note:

Please note that for payroll purposes, the generation of bank files for these three options is currently supported only by AmBank (M) Berhad using the AmAccess Biz (Excel) format.

To update an employee's bank account details with these options, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to People and click on the employee's user icon.

2. From the menu on the left-hand side, select Payroll and click the pencil icon in the Employee Bank Information section.

3. Use the Bank Account dropdown menu to select the appropriate bank.

4. Enter the Account Holder Name and Account Number.

5. Click Save to confirm the changes.
