How to Nudge an Appraiser to Complete the Appraisal Form

As a Performance admin, ensure timely completion of appraisal forms by nudging appraisers through the HR Lounge Performance module. Follow these steps to send an automated reminder email to pending appraisers.

Steps to Nudge an Appraiser

1. Access the Performance module via HR Lounge.
   
2. On the Dashboard page, scroll down to locate Appraisal Overview.
3. Click See Details under Appraiser Appraisal to view pending appraisers.
   
4. Identify appraisers who have not completed the appraisal form.
5. Click Nudge to send an email reminder.
   

Once the reminder is sent, the appraiser will receive an automated email notification prompting them to complete the appraisal form.
