Payroll Singapore: How to Access the Statutory Report (CPF) After Completing Payroll?

1. Click on HR Lounge

2. Navigate to Payroll 1-Sep-17-2024-09-05-49-4743-AM

3. Go to your Completed payroll month.

To download the statutory file, the payroll month’s status must be Completed.

If the month has more than one pay cycle, complete all pay runs first: the CPF statutory file combines all pay cycles of the month into a single file for submission.

4. In the Statutory Reporting’s box, click the Text File button. 1-Sep-18-2024-04-39-01-4088-AM
