Employee Leave Management allows HR/Admin to apply leave and request credit leave in bulk for multiple employees on their behalf.
On this page, you will learn how to:
A. Apply leave in bulk from the 'Leave Overview' section
B. Request credit leave in bulk from the 'Credit Leave Overview' section
Where to Access Employee Leave Management
1. Go to the HR Lounge and click on Leave.
2. Click on Leave Management to view:
- Leave Overview
- Credit Leave Overview
3. To apply for leave or request credit on behalf of employees, follow these steps:
NOTE:
Bulk actions can only be performed for the same leave or credit type for all selected employees.
A. Applying Leave In Bulk (Leave Overview)
1. Click on the +Add Leave button.
2. Fill in the necessary information in the "Apply Leave" pop-up window.
Mandatory Fields:
- Year (MUST BE THE SAME FOR ALL EMPLOYEES)
- Leave Type (MUST BE THE SAME FOR ALL EMPLOYEES)
- Employees
- Date (MUST BE THE SAME FOR ALL EMPLOYEES)
Check the Skip Validation and Skip Approval boxes, then click Next/Create to complete the bulk leave creation.
a. Skip Validation: This option forces leave creation, bypassing the policy rules.
b. Skip Approval: This option processes the request as approved, bypassing the approval workflow.
- Depending on your leave policy configuration, you may need to fill in additional information after clicking the Next button.
- Once you have input the additional information, click Create to finalize the bulk leave creation.
- To make changes and return to the previous window, click Previous.
B. Requesting Credit Leave In Bulk (Credit Leave Overview)
1. Click on the +Add Credit button.
2. Fill in the necessary information in the "Create Multiple Credits" pop-up window.
Mandatory Fields:
- Credit Type (MUST BE THE SAME FOR ALL EMPLOYEES)
- Employees
- Credit Amount (MUST BE THE SAME FOR ALL EMPLOYEES)
- Reference Dates (MUST BE THE SAME FOR ALL EMPLOYEES)
Check the Skip Validation and Skip Approval boxes, then click Create to complete the bulk credit request creation.
