Switch Between Subsidiary Accounts on the Mobile App

Switch between subsidiary accounts directly from the brioHR mobile app. Easily access your assigned subsidiaries and return to your main branch without logging in again.

Pre-requisites:  User must have access to one or more subsidiary accounts. 

 

Overview

If you have been granted access to multiple subsidiary accounts, you can now switch between your accessible companies directly from the Account tab in the mobile app.

This enhancement allows you to:

  • Switch between subsidiary accounts without signing in again.
  • Quickly access the companies assigned to you.
  • Return to your main branch at any time with a single tap.

Note: Only subsidiary accounts that you have been granted access to will be displayed. Your main branch will not appear in the list of subsidiaries.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that your brioHR mobile app is updated to Version 2.4.0.

 

How to switch to a subsidiary account

  1. Open the brioHR Mobile App.
  2. Navigate to the Account tab.
  3. Under the Subsidiary section, tap Subsidiaries.
  4. Select the subsidiary you would like to access.
  5. The app will automatically switch your session and redirect you to the selected subsidiary's Account screen.

 

How to return to your main branch

When you are logged into a subsidiary account:

  1. Go to the Account tab.
  2. Under the Subsidiary section, tap Back to Main Branch.
  3. Your session will switch back to your main branch and you will be redirected to the main branch Account screen.

Important Notes

  • Only subsidiaries you have permission to access will be displayed.
  • Your main branch is not included in the Subsidiaries list.
  • After logging out from a subsidiary account, your next login will always take you to your main branch instead of the last subsidiary you accessed.
