Understanding the BrioHR Performance Module

Our Performance Module software enables management, HR, and employees to establish and track their objectives throughout a performance cycle.   1. Objectives and Key Results (OKRs): Align company, departmental, and individual goals strategically. Supported by a list of tasks to help achieve these objectives.
  2. Competencies: Define standard performance benchmarks relevant and measurable to each employee's role.
  3. One-on-One Meetings: Schedule regular discussions to review objectives, tasks, and performance progress.
  4. 360 Degree Feedback: Assign and track feedback to gain a comprehensive understanding of strengths and weaknesses, particularly for managers and leaders.
