Global HR Update

View Years of Service in Employee Profiles & Reports

Years of Service is now available in both the Employee Profile and Employee Information Report, making it easier to view an employee's length of service at a glance.

What's new?

• View an employee's Years of Service directly from the Job History tab in the Employee Profile.
• Include Years of Service as part of the Employee Information Report for easier reporting.
• The value is calculated automatically based on the employee's Joined Date, ensuring it is always up to date for active employees and accurately maintained for inactive employees.

Payroll Module Update

Take Control of Employee YTD Summary Visibility

You can now choose to disable the 'Payslip YTD Summary' which appears in the payslips generated.

By default, this feature will be enabled, allowing employees to conveniently view their Year-to-Date summary directly within their payslips. However, we understand that different organisations have different preferences, so you now have the flexibility to turn off this feature if it does not align with your needs.
