Global HR Update
A New Look for Job History
Employee career history is now easier to track and manage with the enhanced Job History feature — giving you a clearer, chronological view of every job change.
Key Benefits:
- 🕒 Clear, chronological timeline – Review an employee's job history from newest to oldest at a glance.
- 📋 Track what matters – Follow changes to job title, department, manager, employment type, job grade, office, and cost center.
- 🔄 See what changed – Instantly spot the differences between job records.
- 🗃️ Add and manage past records – Keep an accurate history by adding or editing past job records anytime.
- 🚩 Helpful indicators & alerts – Quickly identify hired, current, and employment-ended status, and resolve timeline discrepancies.
Add Context to Job Changes with the New Job Change Reason Setting
The new Job Change Reasons setting lets Admins create custom reasons — such as Promotion, Transfer, or Restructuring — to capture the "why" behind every job change, not just the "what."
These reasons can be selected whenever a job record is added or edited, and appear directly on the employee's Job History for quick, at-a-glance context.
Key Benefits:
- 🔍 Greater flexibility – Create job change reasons that are relevant to your organization.
- 🗃️ More organized employee records – Assign a reason (and an optional comment) whenever you add or edit a job record, so the story behind each change is never lost.
- 📝 Improved visibility at a glance – View the reason as a label directly on the employee's Job History timeline, with a "See comment" link for added context.

Time Attendance Update
Assign Multiple Tags to a Shift
Tagging shifts just got more flexible. Previously, a shift could only carry one tag. Now, you can assign multiple tags to a single shift — useful when a shift needs to be linked to more than one shift premium or deduction rule.
Key Benefits:
- 🏷️ More flexible tagging – Assign as many tags as apply to a shift, instead of being limited to one.
- 🎯 Better premium & deduction matching – Link a single shift to multiple premium/deduction rules at once.
- ✅ No disruption to existing shifts – Shifts with a single tag continue to work exactly as before.

Pulse Survey Update
Choose Survey Audience by Employment Type and Status
You can now include or exclude employees by employment type and/or status, giving you more control over exactly which groups of employees each pulse survey is sent to.
Key Benefits:
- 🎯 Targeted audiences – Send surveys only to the employment types and statuses that matter for each survey.
- 📊 More relevant results – Avoid noise from employees the survey doesn't apply to.
