How to View Default Pay Items in BrioHR

Follow these steps to access and review default pay items in BrioHR:

Login to BrioHR.

  1. Navigate to HR Lounge.

  2. Select Payroll.

  3. Go to Settings.

  4. Under Salary Allocation & Default Items.

  5. Click the List of Payroll Items button.

Here, you will see the default pay items configured for both Malaysia and Singapore payroll centers. 

Any pay item marked with an 'X' under the Custom column indicates that it is a default pay item and cannot be edited.


Default Pay Items for Malaysia Payroll

These include statutory contributions like EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax, among others. These items are preloaded based on local regulations.


Default Pay Items for Singapore Payroll

Items such as CPF (Central Provident Fund), SDL (Skills Development Levy), and other statutory contributions are configured to meet Singapore’s payroll requirements.


Customizing Pay Items
