      How to Download and Log in to BrioHR Mobile App (iOS & Android Guide)

      Learn how to download the BrioHR mobile app on iOS or Android and log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) or email/password. Step-by-step instructions included.

      Introduction

      As a registered BrioHR user, downloading the BrioHR mobile app makes it easier to manage daily HR tasks directly from your phone. With the app, you can:

      • Apply for leave

      • Submit claims

      • View payslips

      • Clock in and clock out for attendance

      • Approve direct report's leave application, claim submission and approver attendance overtime (for managers)

      Where to Download BrioHR Mobile App

      The BrioHR mobile app is available for both iOS and Android devices. Simply search for “BrioHR” in the following app stores:

      • Apple App Store (for iPhone users)

      • Google Play Store (for Android users)

      Step-by-Step Guide: Logging in to BrioHR Mobile App

      Step 1 - Open the App

      Launch the BrioHR mobile app on your device.
      1. You have two options to log in:
        1. Using Single-Sign On (SSO).
        2. Using regular Email and Password.

      Option 1 (a) - Login Using Single-Sign On (SSO)

      • If your registered email is linked to an SSO provider, you can log in using:

        • Google

        • Microsoft

        • Okta

      Simply enter your email and use the same password you use for your Google/Microsoft/Okta account.

      Option 1 (b) - Login Using Email and Password

      If you do not use SSO, log in with:

      • Email address (as your username)

      • Password (the one you set specifically for your BrioHR account)

      Step 2 - Confirm Login

      1. Tap Login to access your BrioHR account.
      2. You are now successfully logged into the BrioHR mobile app.

      Troubleshooting Login Issues

      • If you cannot log in using SSO, confirm that your organization has enabled this option in BrioHR settings.

      • If you did not receive your activation email (for first time user), please contact your HR Admin for assistance.
