How to Approve Submitted Timesheets as a Client

At the timesheet approval workflow, HR/Admin can designate the "Client" as the timesheet approver.

Below is a step-by-step guide showing how a client can approve a submitted timesheet via email:


Client Timesheet Approval Process:

Once an employee submits their timesheet, the client (approver) will receive an email.

  • The client should click on the blue link 'Click here to Approve/Reject' in the email.

  • The client will be redirected to a new browser page titled 'Timesheet Approval Request.'

On this page, the client can:

  • Download the submitted timesheet for review (in PDF format).
  • Select the acknowledgment checkbox.
