How to Enable Onboarding Sections and Include Necessary Information
When setting up an Onboarding Process in BrioHR, you can enable or disable specific sections to match your company’s requirements. Each section represents a key onboarding step, ensuring that new joiners provide the necessary information before completing their onboarding. Follow the steps below to configure onboarding sections properly.

Steps to Enable Onboarding Sections

Login to BrioHR

Navigate to HR Lounge > Onboarding

Select Process

Create a New Process or Select an Existing Process – Click See Details to modify an existing process.

Configure the Onboarding Section – In the left panel, you will find a list of onboarding steps that can be enabled or disabled according to your company’s requirements.
- Enable the Required Sections –
- Sections that are enabled will display a ✅ (green tick).
- If a section is disabled, click on it to enable and include it in the process.
- Review Necessary Information – Once a section is enabled, check the fields that need to be completed for that step.
- Click Save
By following these steps, you can customize the onboarding process to ensure that new joiners complete all essential steps, making their transition into the company seamless.
