How to Manage Training & Certification Records in BrioHR

Keeping your training and certification records updated in BrioHR helps you track your professional development and makes it easier to present your skills during performance appraisals. For employers, these records provide valuable insights into employee growth and competency.


Step-by-Step Guide: Adding, Edit or Delete Training Records in Certifications in BrioHR

Step 1 - Log In to BrioHR Account

Log in to your BrioHR account using the registered credentials

Step 2 - Access the Trainings & Certifications Section

1. On the Home page, click View My Profile

2. Scroll to the Training & Certification section


A) Adding a Training or Certification

1. Click the plus (+) icon

2. A pop-up window will appear to add details of new training or certification

3. Enter the required details (e.g., training name, institution, completion date, description)

3. Click Save to confirm


B) Editing a Training or Certification

1. Locate the training or certification you want to update

2. Click the pencil (edit) icon

3. Modify the information accordingly.

4. Click Save to update the record


C) Deleting a Training or Certification

1. Locate the training or certification you want to remove

2. Click the bin (delete) icon

3. A confirmation pop-out window will appear

4. Click Confirm to delete the record


Important Notes

  • If the add, edit, or delete buttons are not visible, it means you do not have permission to perform these actions.

  • In such cases, please contact your Admin or HR personnel for assistance.
