  • ☐ Offices exist in Settings > Offices, with correct states and working days (Step 1).
  • ☐ Office names on all employees match Office Setting exactly (Step 1).
  • ☐ Employee count matches the source headcount, and leavers from the beginning of the year are included (Step 2).
  • ☐ Emails are unique and correct; Staff IDs are unique and consistent (Step 3).
  • ☐ Dates are YYYY-MM-DD; NRIC numbers have no dashes; compulsory fields are complete (Step 3).
  • ☐ The Employee Information Report matches your source file, and 5 to 10 profiles have been spot-checked (Steps 3 and 4).
  • ☐ Employee details in each profile match your source file (personal details, job details, dates and any optional tabs) (Step 4).
  • ☐ Every manager is a real employee; no circular reporting; managers have confirmed their direct reports (Step 5).
  • ☐ User groups are assigned, and one pilot user per role has confirmed what they can see (Step 6).

What happens next

  • Once the checks above are done, treat your Employee List as final. The Payroll, Leave, Claims, Timesheets, Performance, Training and Recruitment templates all identify employees using it.
  • If you find a problem after other templates have been filled in, correct it in your Employee List first and let your IM know.
  • If anything is unclear, or a check does not pass and you cannot see why, contact your Implementation Manager.

🔗 Well done!

Your foundation is in place. With your offices, people, reporting lines and access all verified, you're ready to move on to the rest of your brioHR setup.
