Profile & Dashboards Data Migration and Verification: Start Here

Start here for Profile & Dashboards data migration and verification in brioHR: the articles in order, what each covers, and the PDF guides.

Audience & Scope

Audience: HR and admin teams setting up brioHR for the first time

Module: Profile & Dashboards

Country: Malaysia, Singapore

Pre-requisites: Implementation kick-off meeting with your Implementation Manager (IM) completed; Profile & Dashboards data migrated or about to be migrated by your IM

Before your team can start using brioHR, we need to bring your company and people information into the system. We call this data migration: moving the information you already have (in spreadsheets or another system) into brioHR. These articles help you fill in the two Profile & Dashboards templates: the Company Data Template, which sets up your offices, and the Employee List Template, which carries each employee's details, reporting line and access. They are split into short articles, so you can take it one step at a time. If you get stuck, your Implementation Manager (IM) is happy to help.

Your offices and employee data are now in brioHR. Before you fill in any other template, this guide helps you confirm everything landed the way you intended. Every other module reads from this data, so a small fix now saves a lot of rework later. If a check doesn't pass the first time, that's completely normal. Your Implementation Manager (IM) is there to help.
