Introduction

In BrioHR, HR Admins can easily access public holidays relevant to their assigned office. The displayed list helps ensure accurate leave planning and employee scheduling, minimizing confusion about office-specific holidays.
 

Viewing Public Holidays as an HR Admin

1. Public Holidays Based on Assigned Office

The list of public holidays shown on the Home page (under “Who’s Away”) and in the Leave module is specific to the office you are assigned to.

For example:
If you are assigned to the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office, you will only see the Malaysian public holidays.

This ensures you view only the holidays applicable to your office’s region.

 2. Viewing Public Holidays for Other Offices

If you have access to the main Settings, you can view the complete list of public holidays created for all company offices in your BrioHR account.

You can also check public holiday details for other countries or branches, which helps in managing multinational teams and coordinating company-wide leave policies.

Public holiday management (add, edit, or disable) requires Admin permissions.
