Step-by-Step Guide: Managing Documents in Profile BrioHR
Step 1 - Accessing the Documents Section
1. Log in to your BrioHR account.
2. From the Home page, click on My Profile
3. Navigate to the Documents section
A) Uploading Documents
1. Click on the Upload file
2. Select a file from your folder and click Open
3. The file will appear in the Documents section once uploaded.
NOTE:
The maximum file size allowed is 10MB.
B) Downloading Documents
1. In the Documents section, click on the three-dot (⋮) icon next to the file.
2. Select Download.
3. A confirmation message will appear: “Download Successful”.
C) Deleting Documents
1. Click on the Delete option next to the document.
2. Confirm by clicking the Confirm button.
3. The document will be permanently removed from your profile.
