      How to Reset Your BrioHR Password and Fix Login Issues

      If you’re unable to log in to your BrioHR account, don’t worry! Login issues are common and can usually be resolved quickly. Below, we cover the most common reasons you may be unable to sign in and provide a step-by-step guide to resetting your password.

      Common Reasons Why You Can't Log In

      1. Using a different email address: Ensure you’re signing in with the correct registered email.

      2. Mistyped email address: Double-check for typing errors.

      3. Mistyped password: Confirm correct use of uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, special characters, and spacing.

      How to Reset Your BrioHR Password Through 'Forgot Password'

      If you’ve forgotten your password or are still unable to log in, follow these steps to reset it:

      Step 1 - Visit the BrioHR Login Portal

      Go to BrioHR Login and click on the "Forgot Password".

      Step 2 - Request a Password Reset

      Enter your registered email address and click "Request Password"

      Step 3 - Check Your Email Inbox

      Look for an email titled "Your Password Request"

      Step 4 - Reset Your Password

      Click the "RESET NOW" button inside the email.
