Statutory contributions
CPF, community funds, SDL and FWL
| Column | Options | How it's used |
|---|---|---|
| CPF | Enabled; Non related. | Whether CPF contributions are calculated for the employee. CPF also depends on the resident category, and the PR effective date for PRs. |
| CDAC | Enabled; Non related. | Community fund contribution for the employee. |
| ECF | Enabled; Non related. | Community fund contribution for the employee. |
| MBMF | Enabled; Non related. | Community fund contribution for the employee. |
| SINDA | Enabled; Non related. | Community fund contribution for the employee. |
| SDL | Enabled; Non related. | Skills Development Levy, set for each employee. |
| FWL | Enabled; Non related. | Foreign Worker Levy, set for each employee. Relevant to work permit holders. |
Each community fund applies to a specific community, so choose Enabled only for the fund that applies to the employee, and Non related for the rest. Confirm with the employee's own declaration if you are unsure.
Resident category and PR effective date
CPF follows the employee's resident category. For a Permanent Resident, the PR effective date decides which CPF rate applies (graduated rates in the early years, full rates after), so it must be filled in for every PR. Check the resident category for every employee before you submit.

Payroll history reports
There is no template for this. Send your IM the payroll reports for every completed payroll month this year, from January up to your most recent completed month. Include every employee, including anyone who has resigned this year. Each report should show, per employee, their earnings, deductions and statutory contributions (CPF, community funds, SDL and FWL) for that month. If your previous payroll system can export these, send the export as it is instead of retyping it.
