Payroll Data Migration and Verification: Start Here (Singapore Payroll Guide)

Start here for Payroll Singapore data migration and verification in brioHR: the articles in order, what each covers, and the PDF guides.

Audience & Scope

Audience: HR and admin teams setting up brioHR for the first time

Module: Payroll Singapore

Country: Singapore

Pre-requisites: Implementation kick-off meeting with your Implementation Manager (IM) completed; Payroll Singapore data migrated or about to be migrated by your IM

Payroll builds on your employees data (Profile & Dashboards): it uses each employee's name and, if your company uses them, their Staff ID or Employee ID to match each person to their pay data. So fill in your Profile & Dashboards templates first, then come to this one, even though everything is submitted to your IM.

These articles help you fill in the two Payroll Singapore templates: the Company Payroll Info (SG) template, which sets up your company details, bank account and payroll cycle, and the Employee Payroll Data (SG) template, which carries each employee's payroll details. You do not need to do it all at once: the guide is split into three short sections, so you can take it one step at a time. If you get stuck, your Implementation Manager (IM) is happy to help.
