How to Create a Training Event: Step-by-Step Guide to Training Trainees (Part 5)
Managing trainees in a training event is the final crucial step in successfully organizing training programs for your employees. In Part 5 guide, we’ll walk you through how to manually add or unenroll trainees from the training event.
Steps by Steps to Open a Training Creation Page
Login to BrioHR account
- Go to HR Lounge
- Click the Training tab
- Navigate to Training Catalog
- In this section, you will see list of training events created and its statuses.
- Click on +Create Training button to create a new training event.
How to Create a Training (Part 5: Training Trainees)
This section consists of five parts: Details, Eligibility, Budget, Approval, and Trainees.
NOTE:
Part 5: Trainees
After creating a new training event, navigate to the Trainees tab to:
- Check who has registered for the training event.
- Review enrollment statuses.
- Record attendance.
- Manually add or unenroll trainees.
Manually Add/Enroll Trainees
- Click the +Add trainees button. A pop out window will appear.
- Select employees to add into the training.
- Click 'Add to training' to enroll the employees into the training event.
- The manually added trainees status will automatically be 'Enrolled'.
