Payroll Data Migration and Verification: Start Here (Malaysia Payroll Guide)
Start here for Payroll Malaysia data migration and verification in brioHR: the articles in order, what each covers, and the PDF guides.
Audience & Scope
Audience: HR and admin teams setting up brioHR for the first time
Module: Payroll Malaysia
Country: Malaysia
Pre-requisites: Implementation kick-off meeting with your Implementation Manager (IM) completed; Payroll Malaysia data migrated or about to be migrated by your IM
Payroll builds on your employees' data (Profile & Dashboards): it uses each employee's name and, if your company uses them, their Staff ID or Employee ID to match each person to their pay data. So fill in your Profile & Dashboards templates first, then come to this one — even though everything is submitted to your IM.
These articles help you fill in the two Payroll Malaysia templates: the Company Payroll Info (MY) template, which sets up your payroll centers and pay items, and the Employee Payroll Data (MY) template, which carries each employee's payroll details. They are split into short articles, so you can take it one step at a time. If you get stuck, your Implementation Manager (IM) is happy to help.
