LEAVE MODULE

NOTE:

Ensure that access to view the Leave module and settings via HR Lounge is enabled.

1.   On December 31, 2024, BrioHR will capture a snapshot of each employee's leave balance and calculate the Carry-Forward balance for 2025. This Carry-Forward balance will be reflected in the Initial Balances within the leave policies.

2.   After validating the information in the Initial Balance, it is advisable for HR to download a copy of the Leave Balance Report by the end of December 2024 to confirm the accuracy of the employee's Leave Balance and Carry-Forward. Here’s a detailed guide on generating the Leave Balance Report.

3.   If adjustments are needed for the Carry-Forward balance, ensure they are completed before December 31, 2024. Refer to this article for instructions on making adjustments.

4.   Generate the leave report as of January 1, 2025, to verify and confirm the Carry-Forward amount.

Ensure that access to view the Payroll module and settings via HR Lounge is enabled.

1.   Verify that all pay items for employees have been accurately captured in the payroll, as the generated forms will be based on payroll entries from January 2024 to December 2024.
